Dear Parents,

A Warm Welcome to the New Academic Session!


As we step into a new academic year, we look forward to your continued support in making the learning
journey joyful and enriching for our children. Kindly take note of the important instructions below to ensure
a smooth start:
• Children will report to school on 22 May 2025 at 8:15 a.m., and the timings are mentioned below:

Grade Date Timing

Grade VIII to XII 22 May 2025 8:15 am – 3:05 pm


Second and Fourth Saturdays will
be a half working day [8:15 am to
12:50 pm]

• School working hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. Please ensure that your child reports to
school by 8:15 a.m.
• Students are requested to carry two lunch boxes each day — one for the short break and another for
the lunch break.
• Holiday homework to be submitted on the first day of school.
• Kindly send a rough notebook with your child for communication purposes until the school diary
is issued.
• All personal belongings of the child must be labelled clearly with a marker.
• Please pin a name badge on your child’s uniform (mentioning full name and class for the first
week.
• If your child is on medication, kindly inform the class teacher in advance. Please ensure the
medicines are securely wrapped and clearly labelled with your child’s name, dosage, and specific
time to be administered. A note with these details should also be written in the school diary for
easy reference.
• Expensive and colourful accessories are not allowed. Birthday cakes and return gifts are not
allowed.
• If your child has any food allergies, please inform the class teacher in writing.
• For those availing of school transport, please inform the route driver in advance if your child will
be absent or picked up personally on any day.
• On the day of reporting, students must wear a regular school uniform with school shoes.
• Parents can use the following mode of communication with the teachers – school diary, Google
Classroom, or through the school office.
• Grade 8 to Grade 12: First and Third Saturday of every month will be a holiday

Uniform Schedule &Books :

Mondays , Tuesdays ,Wednesdays, & Fridays – Regular Uniform


Thursdays & Saturdays – Sports Uniform

• The Class timetable will be shared with the students on the reopening day.
• If the school uniform is not yet received, students may come in sports uniform (if available) or neat,
comfortable coloured clothes.
• All textbooks and notebooks are to be named inside and out with a Black marker Pen. Please write
the full name of the students with their class on the books.
• All textbooks need to be sent on 22 May 2025 (Thursday).

• All notebooks to be sent on 23 May 2025 (Friday).

NOTE: As part of our commitment to promoting environmental sensitivity among children, we


invite all students to bring a small potted plant on the second day of school. Let’s come together and
make this a vibrant part of our Green Initiative—because every small step counts towards a healthier
planet!
