So, you're leaving up to five times the amount of money that you're making
every single month on the table by not having a sales funnel.

marketing stat that can show how we know something that we have can
scale their business]
So, you're leaving up to five times the amount of money that you're making
every single month on the table by not having a sales funnel. [Point out
what they are currently missing that could potentially scale their business]
Ex.

Saw you own a gym, looks amazing.
How long have you been in the game?
Hey! Awesome to connect. How are things on your end by the way?
Relate
Relate all points back to not having systems to scale or don't know how to
scale or solve [the problems]. That’s it
COLD (people you cold message who don’t know you)
POINT HERE IS TO RELATE AND SEEM LIKE A REAL PERSON, NOT CREEPY
Examples:
I see that you have pretty targeted audience, do you have an organic sales
funnel?
I see that you run ads, are they costing you too much?
TRANSITION
Oh wow I see but does getting most of your leads [desired outcome]
through organic channel [unique approach] seem hard for you?
Oh, wow I see but are you working towards something specific to overcome
[the problem]?

No images. No frills. No links. Just a question. Nothing else. This message is
money for getting leads to engage. And it’s among the first things I do when I
invest in a new business.
Here are a few examples:

Pro Tip: Use “still” if you are reaching back out to a list. IF you are reaching out
to a list cold (for the first time) remove the “still.”
