Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Cleardeals, you will play a pivotal role in driving
business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. You will be responsible for
promoting and selling our premium real estate service plans, ensuring a seamless and
satisfying customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills,
a proactive approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and analyze local real
estate trends.
2. Proactively engage with prospective clients via multiple channels, including cold
calling, networking, and lead follow-ups.
3. Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services
to potential seller clients.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional
customer service and addressing their queries efficiently.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic sales campaigns and
promotional initiatives to attract clients.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals with a focus on maximizing value for both the client
and the company.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to
enhance sales strategies.
8. Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, contributing to overall
business success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education: MBA in Marketing is preferable (Candidates from any specialization can
apply).
2. Experience: 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales,
or client relationship management.
3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-
driven mindset.
5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred .
