Subject: Request for Change of Physics Lab Schedule Due to Coaching


Classes

Respected Sir,

I am the father of Prithwish Mukherjee, who is currently studying in Class


XI-S1 at your esteemed institution. I am writing this letter to plead for the
change in the physics practical schedule.

Prithwish is a JEE and SAT aspirant and is presently enrolled at Aakash


Institute, located on CIT Road, Kolkata. His coaching classes are held on
Thursdays, which coincide with the day allotted for his Physics Lab at
school. Due to the considerable distance between Dankuni and his
coaching centre, it becomes extremely difficult for him to reach his classes
on time after school on that day.

Considering his academic commitments and the challenges involved in


managing both school and external coaching, I humbly request you to
consider rescheduling his Physics Lab to another day, if possible. This
adjustment would help him manage his time more effectively and
maintain consistency in both his school and JEE preparations.

I hope you will consider this request with understanding and provide the
necessary support. Thank you for your time and consideration.
