About iTinker

Who we are?
iTinker is an innovative tech-ed company based out of Munich, Germany (and regional office
in Chandigarh, India), aimed at making students future ready. Our system of education is
inspired by the Scandinavian education model, where our founder, board of directors and
active investors come from.

What we do?
Via school and college partnerships, we teach an industry leading, gamified technology
curriculum, including topics like AI, Robotics, Mixed Reality, Graphic Designing, 3D
Modeling, Blockchain and much more.

Not just this, via our many industry partnerships (through our service provider entity
TinkerNXT), we also provide internship and employment opportunities to our students, to
convert their classroom skills into real life professions and businesses.

Job Description & Requirements

What role will you play?


The way technology has developed, it has become an integral part of any career, even non-
technical ones. As a development intern, you will help us build a future where technology
education is democratized, and students will be able to choose a career path that maximizes
their potential. You will be developing and maintaining our own proprietary systems as well
as those of our partners, on several different technologies. At the same time, you will also
be interacting with and mentoring students on such technologies.

What will you learn?


As you’re just beginning your career, it is important that your first job gives you the
maximum learning possible. As a company, we believe in developing talent from ground-up
and will therefore invest heavily in your development. You can expect to learn the following
–

• Full development stack of cutting-edge frameworks including Kubernetes, Docker,
Python, ReactJS, Flutter, NodeJS, Golang, MongoDB, Mysql, Redis, Jenkins, AWS
based Cloud Computing.
• API based micro-service development
• A bouquet of modern technologies like Mixed Reality, Blockchain, Artificial
Intelligence, Robotics, Flying Technologies, Graphic Designing etc.

Where will you work?


We are currently hiring for our Chandigarh office (Sector – 29). We strongly believe in team
building and benefits of inter-personal relationships, so are offering office-based positions
only (no work from home, unless mandated by government).

What will you get?


We are offering competitive salaries and benefits, and internship positions are convertible
to full time roles. During your internship, you’ll receive a stipend of INR 25,000 (twenty-five
thousand) per month, and your CTC will be INR 6,50,000 (six lacs fifty thousand) per annum
once you are confirmed as a full-time employee.

What we are looking for

It would help if you have


• Experience with development of web / mobile applications.
• Some experience with Android development / Objective
• Experience with Python, JavaScript and/or Golang.

What’s the hiring process?


We are inviting the following branches for interviews - B. Tech (Comp Science / Electronics /

on the campus, and we expect you to join as soon as possible.
