How are we affiliated with IIT BHU Varanasi?


Our collaboration is with Kashiyatra IIT BHU Varanasi, a society within IIT BHU Varanasi, rather
than directly with the institution itself. The workshops are conducted at IIT BHU Varanasi and
delivered by experts from Techgyan Technologies.

Is the workshop online or offline?


The workshop is conducted offline and will take place in the lecture hall at IIT BHU Varanasi,
providing a hands-on and interactive learning environment.

Who will provide the certification?


Participants will receive certificates jointly issued by Techgyan Technologies and Kashiyatra IIT
BHU Varanasi. A sample certificate is available for review on the website.

Will accommodation be provided on campus?


Yes, special permission has been obtained from the IIT BHU Varanasi administration to allow
external students to stay in the campus hostels. Accommodation will be arranged in the hostel
common rooms by Kashiyatra IIT BHU Varanasi. Meals are not included, but students can eat at
the college mess or canteen. Detailed information regarding accommodation will be shared on the
day of the workshop.

What is the eligible age group?


The workshop is open to all college students, irrespective of their age or field of study.

Is there a group discount?


Yes, group discounts are available to encourage students to attend in larger numbers. A discount
link will be provided, allowing groups to register at a reduced fee. To generate a group discount

How can I become a campus ambassador?


As a campus ambassador, you will receive a special discount link to share with your peers. Students
registering through your link will benefit from reduced fees. Additionally, if more than five
students register through your link, you will earn a Campus Ambassador Certificate. To generate
your discount link, please reach out to your respective counselor for guidance.

What is the duration of the workshop?


The workshop spans two days, with teaching sessions lasting 6 to 7 hours each day. The sessions
begin at 10 AM and conclude at 6 PM daily.

When will I receive the participation certificate for the


workshop?
The hard copy of the certificate will be handed to you on the second day of the workshop. The
soft copy will be shared within three days after the workshop concludes.
What are the prerequisites for attending the
workshop?
Most workshops are designed with no prerequisites. If there is anything specific to download or
learn beforehand, you will be informed via email or WhatsApp in advance.

How can I pay for and register for the workshop? Is


offline payment possible?
All payments and registrations must be made through the company’s official workshop page.
Offline payments will not be accepted, and no payments will be collected on the day of the event.
Participants without prior payment will not be allowed entry to the campus. To secure your spot
and take advantage of workshop offers, please complete your payment and registration as early as
possible.

Who will solve my queries and doubts?


Your queries and doubts will be addressed by the dedicated workshop support team. Contact
details will be shared during the registration process.

Can I participate in more than one workshop?


If you are attending a two-day workshop, you will only be able to participate in that single
workshop. For one-day workshops, you can choose to attend two different workshops on separate
days.
