A)​ The session link will be shared in the WhatsApp community 2 hours before the workshop
starts.

Q) I made the payment but didn’t get the details of the workshop. What should I do?
A)​ You will receive the WhatsApp group link on your registered mobile number very soon,
provided that the same number is linked to your WhatsApp account. Please ensure that
you join the community group to stay updated with all the details regarding the upcoming
scheduled session.

A)​ The workshop will be conducted on Zoom, ensuring a smooth and interactive learning
experience. If not installed on your device you can go through the below-mentioned link

A) The workshop will last for approximately 3 hours.

Q) What are the dates and timings of the workshop?


The date and timings of the workshop are given in the description of the WhatsApp​
community you can verify the same.

Q) Are there any prerequisites or software/tools needed for the workshop?​


A) No prerequisites are needed—just a stable internet connection and a laptop or mobile
device. Also, keep a pen and notebook handy to note down important points.

Q) Will I get a certificate after completing the workshop?


A) Yes, a certificate of attendance will be provided the next morning after completing the
workshop.

Q) I made the payment but haven't received confirmation. What should I do?
A) Please check your email inbox and spam folder for confirmation. If you still haven’t
received it, then please contact our support team at hello@officemaster.in for assistance.
Q) Is this workshop suitable for beginners, or do I need prior knowledge?
A) Yes, a beginner can attend the session. There is no prior knowledge needed. We will
Cover PowerBI Workshop, and we guarantee that if you are a working
professional, that will be super useful for you. And save your 2 hours daily.

Q) In which language the workshop is going to be conducted?​


A) The workshop is conducted in English.

Q) Will the sessions be recorded, and can I access them later if I miss the workshop?
A) No, the workshop is live-only, and recordings are not provided.​

Q) Can I join the workshop on a mobile phone, or is a laptop required?


A) You can join the workshop using a mobile phone, but a laptop is recommended for better
Practice along with the mentors.
