Wha is a Research ?

❖Research is simply the process of finding solutions to a


problem after a thorough study and analysis of the
situational factors.
❖Basic Research is scientific research aimed to improve
scientific theories or enhance the understanding of
problems that commonly occur in organisations can be
solved.
❖Applied Research is done with the intention of applying
results to specific problems in the business.
