LOCATION RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Location Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on this ___ day of __________, 20__, by

Collectively referred to as “Parties”.

1. Location Details:
The Owner hereby grants the Production Company the right to enter and use the bungalow
located at:
Address: [Full address of the bungalow in Thane, Mumbai]
(“Location”) for the purpose of filming, photographing, and recording for the project
tentatively titled: [Project Title] ("Project").

2. Date & Time of Use:


The Production Company shall have access to the Location from:

3. Consideration:
In consideration for the use of the Location, the Production Company shall pay the Owner:

4. Scope of Use:
The Production Company may photograph, film, record, and reproduce the Location in
connection with the Project, and may use the name, exterior, and interior of the Location in
all media now known or later developed, in perpetuity, worldwide.

5. Owner's Representations:
The Owner represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner or authorized
representative of the Location and have full authority to grant this permission.

6. Damage and Restoration:


The Production Company agrees to return the Location in the same condition as received
and will be responsible for any damage caused during use. A pre-shoot and post-shoot
inspection may be conducted.

7. Insurance:

The Production Company shall maintain appropriate liability insurance and provide proof
upon request.

8. Indemnity:
The Production Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any
claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Location.

disclosed during the course of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law:


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to
the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
