INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE CPC FUNCTIONALITY ASSESSMENT GOOGLE SHEET

PURPOSE:
➕ enables the Central Office, Regional Offices, and Schools Division Offices to provide technical assistance to schools. Furthermore, this tool serves as a
reference guide for schools to identify the strengths and areas for improvement in their CPC operationalization.

➕ USERS:
All CPC members are required to accomplish this assessment tool.

➕ HOW TO USE THE GOOGLE SHEET:


▪️ Download/create a copy of the Google Sheet
For concerns regarding missing tick boxes or indicators being replaced with “FALSE” upon download, kindly duplicate the Google Sheet and
accomplish it directly there. This will ensure that each user has their own copy and will help preserve the checkbox indicators as instructed.
▪️ Fill out the profile information - before answering the assessment tool, ensure that all required profile details are completed.
▪️ Select the appropriate response - on the right side of each statement, click the indicator box and choose:
▪️Yes if the indicator is met
▪️No if the indicator is not met
▪️Not sure if it is unclear whether the indicator is met
▪️ Do not edit or remove any boxes - ensure the structure of the sheet remains intact,
