About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Solutions Intern (ERP &
Software) with a passion for learning and problem-solving. This role is ideal for candidates
pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong
foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, along with a working understanding
of CI/CD pipelines and functional ERP systems.

As an intern, you will assist in managing internal systems, handle professional


communication through emails, support website development, and contribute to automation
and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related


frameworks.

• Contribute to backend development using Java, Node.js and RESTful APIs.

• Assist in database management and basic server-side scripting.

• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment processes.

• Work with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve bugs or system issues.

• Document processes, workflows, and code changes accurately.

• Manage professional email communications and assist with IT-related queries.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information


Technology, or a related field.

• Familiarity with email platforms and basic IT administration.

• Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS; familiarity with


React/Angular is a plus).
• Understanding of backend technologies like Java, Node.js, and Express.js.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker)

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, especially in professional


email contexts.

• Analytical thinking – able to break down complex problems and propose practical
solutions.

• Time management – ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple
responsibilities.

settings.

• Adaptability – open to learning new tools, technologies, and workflows quickly.
