Unit-1 QB

The document outlines a series of engineering problems related to the analysis of bending moments and stress distributions in various beam cross-sections. Each problem specifies different configurations and loading conditions, requiring calculations of direct stress, moment of inertia, and second moments of area. The problems involve various shapes including rectangular, I-section, circular, and thin-walled sections, and include both symmetrical and unsymmetrical bending scenarios.
