2. In your opinion, what items will you add to enhance the community profiling? How about the
needs-assessment?

Enhancing community profiling requires a comprehensive approach that goes beyond basic
demographic data. Key additions include understanding cultural diversity, such as languages,
ethnic groups, and religious affiliations, which can guide inclusive services. Assessing digital
connectivity, including internet access and literacy, helps ensure residents can engage in a digital
world. Economic factors, such as employment patterns and access to financial services, are crucial
for identifying job opportunities and financial mobility.

Health and well-being are also essential, with a focus on healthcare access, mental health
support, and physical infrastructure like parks. Environmental factors, such as public
transportation and green spaces, also impact community life. Security and emergency preparedness
are necessary for fostering safety and resilience.

In terms of needs assessment, involving community input is crucial. Direct feedback


through surveys and meetings ensures that interventions address actual needs. Health and
education quality, affordable housing, job training, and food security are key areas for
improvement. Additionally, ensuring mobility for all residents, particularly those with disabilities
or in low-income groups, is vital.
