Carrier objective:

To work in an Environment which provides me with ample opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge along with
contributing to growth of biotechnology sector. I have keen interest to learn new things and I always approach in a creative,
innovative and productive direction.

LAURUS BIO PRIVATE LIMITED

Bengaluru, Karnataka
As a part of the training, we looked at set of operations that supervise the process in an unpredictable environment with objective
to maintain the process within the desired design space. we visited a large bioreactor and their working and production of alpha-
trypsin. We Trained to get knowledge in working of Bioreactor and their operations. As a part of this we mainly focused on
upstream processing and down processing of reactor. We did several cultivation processes and obtain the product from it.

In this training, we looked at the objective of harnessing the ocean wealth. Marine biotechnology is the important area of
research and to actively engaged in the discovery of novel drugs, industrial enzymes and other products. We mainly focused on
the discovery, identification and application of novel bioactive natural products from marine microorganisms (like compound
with strong activities such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, and enzyme inhibited activities)

In this Lab training, worked at the xylose production on yeast (Debaromyces nepalensis NCYC3413). The organism utilizes
xylose as a sole carbon source and produces xylitol and also testing of various sugars as substrate for production
corresponding sugar alcohol in the yeast fermentation. During this experiment we get a hands-on experience on working of
HPLC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy (Analytical methods).

Project Work: Ant-diabetic drug based on Gut microbiota Aug’23-May’24

chennai, India
I worked a computational systems project focused on drug design for anti-diabetic treatments, specifically targeting
DPP4 with oxyberberine as the ligand. Implemented advanced computational methodologies to optimize drug interactions
based on gut microbiota research, contributing to the development of potential therapies for diabetes.
