Disclaimer

Please be careful when using your CNC engraving machines. This machine is an electrical
equipment with moving parts and dangerous areas.
• This CNC Machines are for Indoor Use Only.
• You must be at least 18 years old to operate this machine unless supervised by a professional
who is familiar with the machine.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Always place the CNC machine on a flat surface.
• Do not touch the rotating shaft of the machine or place any body part near the working area
while the machine is in operation. Serious injury may occur.
• Do not leave the machine unattended while it is running.
• Do not leave a child unattended to use a CNC machine, even if it is not in operation, damage may
occur.
• Make sure your CNC machine is in a well ventilated area, some materials may emit some smoke
during operation.

PAG.6

As shown in the figure, first fix the slider nut and M5*16 screws to the slider and nut base without
tightening, and then pass the y-screw through the brass nut and spring (the brass nut should be next
to the concave slot, cannot be exposed).

PAG.8

As shown in the figure, insert the slider into the work surface in the order of the holes, and then
slightly tighten the M5*16 screws.
Note: When installing the slider, you need to look at the position of the slider hole. The hole with a
short distance should face the outside, so as not to affect the y stroke

PAG.9
Place as shown in the figure, first insert the y-screw into the coupling, and then tighten the screw.
Second, fix the y optical axis with M5*16 screws

As shown in the picture, put the Bakelite Resin Plate A on it, tighten the M5*16 screws, then adjust
the work surface so that the front, rear, left and right of the work surface are aligned, and finally
tighten the M5*16 screws diagonally.

PAG.11
As shown in the picture, first fix the coupling to the stepper motor, keep a distance of 1mm between
the stepper motor and the coupling, and then use M3*14 screws to fix the stepper motor to the
Bakelite Resin Plate C

Then put the M5*16 and M5T nuts on the Bakelite Resin Plate C and tighten slightly. Next, insert
the Bakelite Resin Plate C onto the aluminum profile, with an interval of 37.5mm in the front and
rear, and finally tighten the screws.

PAG.12
As shown in the figure, pass the X screw rod through the brass nut and spring, and the XZ shaft
assembly. The brass nut should be close to the groove. When the X screw rod and the coupling are
completely resisted, tighten the shaft of the coupling screw.

Pass the X-ray axis through the X-Z axis assembly, and then fix the X-ray axis with M5*16 screws
Place the aluminum profile as shown in the figure and fix it with M5*16 screws.

PAG.13
1.First, put the M5*16 and M5 T-nuts on the Bakelite Resin Plate D, tighten slightly, then insert the
Bakelite Resin Plate D on the aluminum profile, with an interval of 37.5mm before and after, and
finally tighten the screws.

PAG.14
As shown in the picture, you can slightly pry open the side opening with the hexagon wrench, then
put in the 775 spindle motor, and finally tighten the screw.
Note: When the spindle motor cable is inserted, the spindle motor will start. Pay attention to
observe the direction of the spindle rotation. Turn clockwise to indicate that the wiring is correct.
Otherwise, change the position of the motor cable.

PAG.15
1.Place the control board as shown in the figure, and use a wrench to tighten M5*10 screws and M5
T-nuts.

PAG.17
3.As shown in the picture, unscrew the knob of the emergency stop switch, put it on the Bakelite
Resin Plate C, and then screw it on.

PAG.19
1. The correct way to use the pressure plate:
a. The installation method of the engraving material within 20mm is shown in the figure below

b. The installation method of the engraving material within 20mm~40mm is shown in the figure
below

PAG.20

2.The correct way to use the limit switches:

1. As shown in the figure, first enter $21=1, $22=1, $23=3 in the grblcontrol software input
window, and then plug the limit switch line to the limit pin of the corresponding control board.
Coniol*

When the machine touches the limit switch, the machine will stop moving, and the interface Status
will display a red "Alarm", then you need to click "Reset", and finally click "Unlock".
PAG.21

The limit switch also has the function of returning to the origin, you can enter $H, then press the
Enter key, or click the "Home" button.

3. Determine your Machine's COM port:
• Windows XP: Right click on "My Computer", select "Properties", select "Device Manager".
• Windows 7: Click "Start" -> Right click "Computer" -> Select "Device Manager” -> "Ports (COM & LPT)"
• Your machine will be the USB Serial Port (COMX), where the "X" represents the COM number, for example
COM5.
• If there are multiple USB serial ports, right click each one and check the manufacturer, the machine will be
"CH340".

Part 4 Getting Started

After the machine is assembled, you can perform basic machine tests. The following is the recommended
start up sequence for the system:
7. Confirm that the USB cable of the control board is plugged into your computer, and then start the
computer.
8. Start the Candle software and verify in the status window that no errors are displayed. Under normal
circumstances, when the control board is connected to the software, it will display "Idle". If a red error
"alarm" appears, you need to click the "reset" of Candle with the mouse, and then click "unlock" o reach the
"idle" state.
9. Make sure that the 24V power supply is connected to the control board first, and then the other end is
connected to 110V-220V. Press the white "on/off" button on the control panel.
10. Next, click the "Spindle" button to turn on the spindle motor. Move the slider left and right to verify
whether the motor speed changes.
11. Adjust the value of "Feed" to the range of 200 to 500. Use the mouse to click the direction button on
the left to confirm whether the X axis and Y axis are moving. In a similar manner, click the up and down
buttons on the far right to verify that the Z axis moves normally. If there is no problem with all these tests, it
means that your engraving machine can work normally. Shut down the machine using the reverse start
process.
12. Close the control panel.
13. Unplug the 24V DC power supply from the power supply.
14. Close the Candle program and turn off the computer. Remember, if you run the machine offline, the
USB cable must be disconnected from the control board.

PAG.27

Part 5 Offline controller

1 .Connect offline controller to computer via USB cable(can not connect offline controller line)
Note: Use USB cable to transfer files, don't insert SD card into card reader to transfer, it is easy to crash.
2.Copy the NC file to offline controller

PAG.28

15. Offline control connected to the control board

Note: When using offline controller, you need to unplug the USB cable from the computer, because
offline and computer cannot be used together.
16. Press the [X+/X-/Y+/Y-/Z+/Z-] key to move the spindle to the machine origin (tool setting method:
the cutter just touches the object, press the [Exit] key), select the engraving file and click [ok ] Key to start
carving
