In the development of our "Crowdsource Courier Service Project," we conducted an extensive review of relevant literature to inform and shape our
approach. Some already existed are DHL, Doordash, Pathao Courier, UpayaCityCargo The literature encompassed several key domains

1.Courier Service Innovation:

• We explored studies and research focused on innovating courier services through technology,
emphasizing real-time tracking, route optimization, and operational efficiency.
2.Location-Based Solutions:
• A significant area of our review included location-based services and their integration, with a particular
focus on leveraging technologies like Google Maps API for precise tracking and mapping
functionalities.
3.Authentication and Security Measures:
• We examined authentication methods and security protocols, including the integration of Google
Firebase OTP, to ensure a secure and trusted user experience.
4.Progressive Web Applications (PWAs):
• The literature emphasized the advantages of PWAs, offering cross-platform accessibility, offline
functionality, and engaging user experiences, aligning with our project's goals.
