C. Employment Requirements
I am aware the remuneration for training and tutoring will be $18-$20 per hour. If selected to
tutor, I will (please check to confirm):

Be available for training sessions on select Saturday mornings, during the fall and spring
semesters.

Commit to working at least two consecutive semesters with Friends of Simon, not
including the summer semester (Fall 2025 – Spring 2026).

Commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week tutoring (Mon-Fri afternoons between 2-6pm).

Agree to undergo a criminal record check prior to commencing employment.
