correspond to SAP Hybris testing servers used for the purpose of this document.

This document is a guideline to navigate through the different dashboards. It has no intent to go into the detail of how
the performance data is collected. The collection of the performance data is out of scope of this document.

Apache Dashboard
Apache Dashboard

 The Apache dashboard provides a summary of web server performance metrics:

 Apache Processes
 No. of apache processes running on web servers.
 Apache Scoreboard
 No. of requests in their different operation states like reading, sending, waiting for connection etc.
 Ports Connections
 No. of connections with port 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).
 Requests Per Second
 Total no. of Requests per second.
 Traffic / Request
 Traffic data per request.
 Throughput
 Throughput of the web servers in kBps.
 Proxy Adm, Proxy Adm Secure (https), Proxy App, Proxy App Secure (https)
 No. of requests on proxy servers and traffic distribution (deviation) to the backend servers.

Application JVM
Application JVM

 The Application JVM dashboard provides a summary of JVM application performance metrics for the APP, ADM, SOLR and
Datahub servers:

 Thread Count
 No. of running threads on APP, ADM, SOLR and Datahub servers.
 Open FDS
 No. of open file descriptors.
 Memory Heap Usage
 Heap memory used by the Java process.
 Memory Non Heap Usage
 Non Heap memory used by the Java process.
 SOLR Response Time
 Response time of SOLR server.
 SOLR Index Status
 Data usage of SOLR Index in MB.

CPU, Load & Memory

 This dashboard provides a summary of CPU, Load and Memory usage of the monitored hosts:

 CPU Average Usage


 Average CPU usage of the monitored hosts.
 CPU IO Wait Average Usage
 Average number of clock ticks spent by CPU in IO Wait state of the monitored hosts.
 Load Average
 Load usage of the monitored hosts expressed by load average.
 Disk IO
 Disk read/write statistics for block devices on the monitored hosts.
 Total Process Per States
 No. of processes running in different states on the monitored hosts.
 Memory
 Memory usage in percentage and in size
 Swap
 Swap memory usage in percentage and in size.
