Purpose The purpose of this document is to provide instruction to UBD personal in the event of a
washout in the primary flow line upstream of the choke manifold.

Scope These policies and procedures apply to all Company employees.

General This document defines the procedures for:


Guidelines
• Primary flow line wash out procedures

1. In the event that a section of primary flow line is found to have a washed out section:

A. Shut in E.S.D.
B. Notify Senior Weatherford personal and Driller on rig floor of the situation at hand and
have Driller pull off bottom shut down rig pumps and close Hydril.
D. Shut down Nitrogen injection and go to bypass.
E. Notify Sonatrach Co.Man of situation and what action is to be taken.
F. Bleed off pressure on the separator and extinguish pilot and flare.
G. Open choke and or valves fully if closed prior, as to release any pressure to the separator.
H. Close operational valve upstream of E.S.D.
I. Assemble spill kit around area of washed-out section and commence to remove section of
` damaged line
J. Install new section of flow line.

Pressure test flow line from E.S.D. to inlet of choke manifold after new section of flow line is
installed.
To be signed if document this has been reviewed and accepted by all parties concerned.
