Achievements
Led a team of 25 members, comprising an internal Agile team of 10 professionals, including QA
specialists, Backend (BE) Developers, a Project Manager (PM), and a Development Lead. Additionally,
I collaborated with an external vendor team of 15 members, which included a Senior PM, Development
Lead, QA specialists, Business Analysts (BA), Frontend (FE) and Backend (BE) Developers, a UI/UX
Designer, and a DevOps Manager.
Oversaw an annual budget of $1 million USD, dedicated to product development.
Collaborated with the BI Team to design and develop comprehensive reports for monitoring product
metrics within the application. These reports were configured to track various user activities, including
internet speed, average authentication time, user journey from entry to exit, actions performed,
engagement levels, session durations, dead clicks, bounce rates, and more.
Created Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and
Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and maintained Confluence documents for all products and
functionalities developed
Conducted an in-depth analysis of user feedback on the features launched from time to time, to identify
improvement opportunities
Performed quantitative and qualitative analysis, and presented findings and recommendations to
