Hospital Director Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding from
highly reputed national and international Manufacturers/Importers of Drugs/Medicine, Surgical Disposable & Medical
Devices, Register with Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) for serial # 01, procuring of following head to
meet the requirement of the hospital, through Single Stage-one Envelopes bidding procedure on FOR as per Rule 06
(2a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014, during
financial year 2025-26 and serial # 02 (RRB) till 30 June 2027.
The rates will be valid till 30th June 2026 as per KPPRA Rule 31(A) framework contract.

1. The rates approved will remain effective till 30-06-2026.

2. Bidding Documents can be viewed / download from the official E-PAK PROCUREMENT ACQUISITION & DISPOSAL SYSTEM
(EPADS) website i.e (eprocure.gov.pk) after publishing notice inviting tender on KPPRA website.
3. The BSD will be filled neatly and a clear scan copy of the same will be uploaded at the time of apply (bid submission) through
EPADS.
4. Manual Tender shall also be submitted.
5. All bidders shall also apply through EPAD and submit a scan of their submitted bids in EPAD portal.
6. Cutting/overwriting/manipulation in the bid solicitation documents will not be acceptable.
7. Any mismatching among the scanned copies submitted through EPADS and the submitted in hard will leads into his
disqualification and the same contractor will be considered as non-responsive.
8. Bids shall be delivered at the address given below before 10:30 am and will be opening of the above mentioned date in
conference of MTI-HMC, at 11:00am.
9. Any bids received late shall be rejected as per KPPRA rules (37-4).
10. All the firms shall be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
12. All taxes will be deducted as per rules.
13. Only manufacturer or importer shall supply the medicines/drugs / sutures, incase of general orders supply authorized sole
agents can also apply (for Serial 01).
15. All the firm participating in bidding process with MTI/HMC shall submit “Integrity Pact” on judicial stamp paper of Rs: 100/-
given in the SBDs of MTI/HMC (Mandatory) (for Serial 01).
16. The cost per test shall include the price of reagent and all consumable, controls (Internal & External) calibration plus
any other hidden cost etc (for serial # 02).
15. During Selection of the above heads the firms should bring the sample of their quoted items where applicable.
