CLASS PARTY PLAN

(SUMMARY)
Event date: Thursday 12th June 2025
Starts: 7.45am – 12.30pm

Theme: “DRESS TO IMPRESS”


➢ Students have free decision on what they will wear for class party.
Although they have free decision, they are requested to wear the
best they can. Due to this theme, it can invite judgements and
insecurities during the event and individual preparations,
respectfully, hence students are notified that any sort of bullying,
judging or making someone feel BAD for how they dress and/or
act during the event will strictly not be allowed and such
behaviors will be dealt with accordingly. Students are also
reminded to wear outfits that are appropriate to the rules the
school has set.
Games and activities:
1. Fashion show:
- there will be two categories, boys and girls. In each category,
students will compete with each other to see who has come up
with the best ‘look’. The crowd will then chant the winners, one
best looking boy and one best looking girl.
Price for participation 3,000/= from each participant
Prize: Free pass for canteen service. The winners will be able to
receive canteen service without any need of waiting on line for
only 4 weeks. They should notify the ministry of food and canteen
when exactly they are willing to use their award. From that date,
4 weeks will be counted.
2. Musical chairs:
Price for participation: 1,000/= each participant
Prize: reward depends on the amount of participation for the
game. Higher number of participants, higher the prize.
(10 participants – 5,000/= 20 participants – 7,000/=)
3. PlayStation 5 games:
-Aaron korosso will be bringing his PlayStation 5 game consol. 4
Controllers will be brought, 2 each from Aaron Korosso and
Jayson Waitara.
Games:
Fifa match:- price: 2,000/= for 1v1 match
3,000/= for tournament participation
(for tournament to happen there must be at least 6 players)
Motor combat:- price: 2,000/= each player
(any new game idea will be considered)
4. Shadow boxing
5. Tiktok face off (appropriate dances)
6. Guess the song
Foods and Drinks:
1. Food: expected restaurants -Flying elephant (discount available)
-Subway
* KFC
(prices will be discussed later)

2. Drinks: the school canteen will be serving water, juice, Coca Cola
and Pepsi company sodas.
Music system:
-Reyna Luhunga has a sound system that she’s willing to offer it to be
used during class party.
-Playlists are made by Aaron Korosso, Gideon Mtenga and Emmanuel
Swai.
