Facilitators:
The following were the specific objectives of the conduct of the
Objectives:
activity:
a. Conduct a democratic and orderly election process for
the new SELG officials.
b. Instill leadership values and responsibilities among
students.
c. Encourage student participation in school governance
and decision-making.

RESULTS The identified objectives and targets for the activity were met.

The following were the outputs based on the objectives of this


activity:
a. Successfully elected new SELG officers for the school year
2025.
b. Encouraged student involvement in leadership and school-
related decision-making.
c. Conducted a fair and transparent voting process following
standard election protocols.

 Active involvement of students, teachers, and the School


Head.
PARTICIPANTS’  Positive feedback from students on the importance of
FEEDBACK leadership roles and their responsibilities.
 Teachers and facilitators appreciated the smooth and
efficient election process.

Methodology
The SELG Election was held on February 13, 2025, at

Esperanza Elementary School. The event aimed to select new


student leaders who will serve for the academic year 2025
while promoting leadership, responsibility, and civic
engagement.
The activity had three main parts:
1. Opening Program: Students, teachers, and the School
Head gathered to formally commence the election
process, including a briefing on the election guidelines.
2. Election Proper: Students cast their votes using
ballots, ensuring a fair and democratic election. The
counting process was overseen by teachers to
guarantee transparency.
3. Proclamation of Winners: After the vote tally, the
elected officials were announced and presented to the
student body.

Management of the Activity


The activity was managed by the teachers, led by the
School Head, Mr. Randy A. Nable. The entire election process
was conducted smoothly with full cooperation from students
and facilitators.
Logistics Arrangements
The school provided the venue, necessary election
materials (ballots, tally sheets), and other facilities essential for
the successful conduct of the SELG election.
