IV. TARGET PARTICIPANTS: All Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of OSMIS

V. RATIONALE:

Through the initiative of the Supreme Secondary Learners Government (SSLG), World
Teacher’s Day is annually celebrated in our school. This aims to give tribute to the efforts of teachers in
molding the learners holistically.

VI. OBJECTIVES:

To strengthen the relationship among teachers and students and comply with the
implementing rules and regulation of Republic Act 10743, an act declaring the 5th day of October of every
year as the National Teacher’s Day.

VII. PROCEDURES/STRATEGIES

-No Disruption of Classes


-Surprise for advisers before classes start
-Culminating Activity with simple program
-Budget source will be Self-provision

VIII. BODY/SCHEDULE
-‘Thank you’ Cards for Teacher by all students (October 2-4, 2024)
- Tribute to Teachers by SSLG and class officers (October 4, 2024)
-A gesture of thanksgiving to teachers by the Brgy. Officials

IX. LOGISTICS/BUDGET ESTIMATES

Activity Materials- 500


Food (21 persons)- 5000
Total- 5,500 Self Provision
