gamut of HR for 1000+ employees at Dharamshila Narayana Hospital (Narayana Health) (300 bedded, NABH
Accredited Hospital), Delhi.
*In my previous engagement at Narayana Health, I was posted at Narayana Hospital Gurugram (220 Bedded JCI & NABH
accredited Hospital) from August 22 to Dec 24. Narayana Hospital, Katra (300 bedded NABH accredited from April 18 to August
22 and at Dharamshila Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Delhi as Unit Head HR from July’17 to March’2018.

Current Core Responsibilities:

 Acting as a strategic partner to hospital business and providing timely inputs as a people advisor. Planning and
budgeting human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional areas of the hospital
 Responsible for Talent Development – planning & conducting training activities to ensure the operational efficiency
