Conditions for Bad Relevance & Accuracy Issues

Map Rating Notes

1. User Intent Issue

- Query is unrelated to the result or falls outside the niche.

Example: Searching for 'best pizza places' but getting results about 'pizza recipes'.

2. Distance Issue
- The distance is too far for the intended use or viewport.

Example: Searching for 'gyms near me' in New York but getting results from Los Angeles.

Options for Relevance

1. Excellent:
- Good match
- Minimal distance
- Moderate distance

Example: Searching for 'coffee shop near me' and getting results within a 1 km radius.

2. Acceptable:
- Large distance but still relevant

Example: Searching for a unique tourist attraction and getting a result 50 km away.

3. Bad:
- As defined above (irrelevant or too far)

Example: Searching for a 'dentist in London' but getting results from another country.

3. Name Accuracy Options

- N/A: Used for general locations (e.g., Delhi, Dubai).
- Correct: 100% accurate.
- Partially Accurate: Not fully accurate but contains useful information.
- Incorrect: Does not match the result.
- Can't Verify: Cases where verification is not possible.

Example: Searching for 'ABC Mall' but getting 'XYZ Plaza' as a result.

4. Address Accuracy Options

- Correct & 100% Accurate
- Correct with Formatting Adjustments
- Incorrect
- Can't Verify

Example: Searching for '123 Main Street' and getting 'Main St, Block 123' instead, which is partially
accurate.

5. PIN Accuracy Options

- Perfect: 100% accurate.
- Approximate: In the same building or very close.
- Near: Close but not precise.
- Not Available: Information missing or unclear.

Example: A search for 'XYZ Supermarket' returns a PIN that is one street away instead of the exact
location.

6. Fresh and Still Concept

- Fresh: The information is newly updated, relevant, and actively in use.
- Still: The information remains unchanged but is still valid and applicable.

Example of Fresh: A newly opened restaurant appears in search results immediately.

Example of Still: A well-known landmark remains in search results despite no recent updates.
