Handing over, Taking over report of P.H (U-7).

Gas Plant.

All Engines found stopped due to short circuit. All control panels supply off.

Control Room & Engine Room.

G-1 in coming panel out of order due to short circuit and needs to replace its 3 Fuse and 3 surge
arresters.

A panels and S.T panel five MMU cards, four plc cards, one bus base out of order and needs to be
replace.

G-1 & G-2 M panels cooling device (A.C unit) out of order.

After inspection off earth system by Electro vision found 3 earth pit out of order. During inspection
found transformer neutral, ground were connected the same earth pit with the earthling of H.T panels
which is not correct for the system.

G-2 M panel body not earthibg.

All control panels and H.T panels extra hole found open which lead to the entry of mouse and lizard.

The auxiliary transformer roof uncomplete. Colony supply cable connected with auxiliary transformer,
OES recommended to remove it.

Remedy.
G-1 incoming panel fuse and surg arrester replaced with G-2 incoming panel.

A panels and S.T panel MMU cards and Plc cards replace with new and one bus bas replace with G-2 M
panel due to non availability.

G-1 7 G-2 cooling device needs to be replace with new.

Six new earth pits were built on recommendation of OES. Two earth pits use for control panels, two pits
use for auxiliary transformer(one for neutral, one for body ground). Two earth pits use for H.T panels.

New cable installed for G-2 M panel body ground.

Extra holes of control panels and H.T panels are sealed with silicone, foam and rubber sheets.

Auxiliary transformer roof work completed and all entrance holes were sealed. Colony supply cables
were removed.
Engines and auxiliary.
The Engine # 1,2 and 3 some cylinder heads water leakage due to which these heads water O.ring needs
to be replace.

One cooling tower pump water seal leaked and needs to be replaced.

Cooling tower # 3 out of order due to its both fans were broken needs to be replaced. Due to which one
Engine will not run until replace both fans.

Cooling tower # 1 one fan belt pulley is cracked and needs to be replaced.

Cooling tower # 1 & 2 water tub leaked and needs to be repairing. Its chemical missed water falls on the
roof which is damaging the roof.

Main gas pipe line one Audco valve leaked. Needs to be overhauling.

Exhaust and supply fans are working.

Battery charger.

Chemical stock.

Lube Oil stock.

H2SO4 stock.

Maintenance record.

Store parts.

HFO Plant.
The Engine was standby.

On 16-10-2024 engine started due to Wapda fail. The Engine RPM was not stable after starting. There
was lot of variation in RPM 705 to 801.When it was checked, the oil level in the mechanical governor
was very low. When the Engine was run after filling the oil, the Engine RPM became stable.

Fuel oil leakage found from booster unit and pipe line different points.

Cooling tower badly damage and needs to be over hauled.

Purifiers(Separator) of HFO and lube oil are working.
