(28) Implement Lockout Valve Solenoid

Implement lockout valve solenoid (28) is located on the pressure reducing manifold. The Control manifold (19) is mounted to the front of the main case below the pilot manifold.

When implement lockout valve solenoid (28) is energized, pilot oil is directed to the implement control valves. When implement lockout valve solenoid (28) is de-energized, pilot oil is blocked from flowing to the implement control valves.

Solenoid for the Dual Tilt Valve (If Equipped)

Illustration 8 g01137222
(11) Dual Tilt Valve Solenoid

(12) Dual Tilt Valve

The dual tilt valve has three modes of operation: dual tilt, single tilt and blade pitch. In dual tilt mode, the dual tilt valve regulates the flow of oil to both tilt cylinders. This allows faster tilting and a greater tilt angle. In single tilt mode, oil flows to one cylinder while the other cylinder acts as a brace. Maximum pry out force is achieved.
Blade pitch mode allows the operator to hydraulically change the vertical angle of the blade without leaving the cab.

The modes of operation are activated by dual tilt valve solenoid (11) .

Dual tilt valve solenoid (11) is located on dual tilt valve (12) . Dual tilt valve (12) is located inside the left side of the radiator guard.

Solenoid for the Pin Puller Valve (Ripper) (If Equipped)

Illustration 9 g01144889

Pin Pullerswitch (8) is located on the panel above the right console of the operator station. The implement lockout switch is the first switch from the left.

When the operator activates the pin puller switch, the switch signals the solenoid (13) , which directs power train oil to operate the pin puller hydraulic cylinder.

Illustration 10 g01141784
(13) Pin Puller Solenoid

(14) Pin Puller Valve

If the machine is equipped with a single shank ripper, a pin puller cylinder and pin puller valve (14) may be installed. The pin puller cylinder allows the depth of the shank to be easily adjusted. Flow of power train oil to the pin puller cylinder is regulated by the pin puller valve. The pin puller valve is activated by pin puller solenoid
(13) .

Pin puller valve (14) is mounted to the rear of the transmission case. Pin puller solenoid (13) is located on pin puller valve (14) .

Hydraulic ECM

Illustration 11 g01136946
(15) Hydraulic ECM

Hydraulic ECM (15) receives input signals from various switches and sensors in the hydraulic system. After the hydraulic ECM processes the input signals, output signals are sent to the appropriate components.

Hydraulic ECM (15) is located behind the seat and a panel at the rear of the operator station.
