case/article on ALPs. all as per the scope of work (refer
document no. 8574-74-41SOW-0026 Rev. 0).

ANNEXURE-II

NOTES-
1) For blended training mode (i.e.combination of classroom and online training mode), the rate per program shall be calculated as follows:

Rate per program (for blended mode) = {Rate per day for classroom mode (calculated on prorata basis for that program) x No. of days the program has been conducted in classroom mode} +
{Rate per day for online mode (calculated on prorata basis for that program) x No. of days the program has been conducted in online mode}.

2) *The no. of programs mentioned are minimum which may be increased at sole discretion of EIL.
3) The program can be conducted either in classroom mode or online mode based on the circumstances (refer scope of work).
4) Higher of the Prices quoted for (i) Classroom training mode and (ii) Online training mode shall be considered for evaluation and the other price shall not be considered for evaluation.
