Hubi in Chart of Accounts uu leeyahay akoono muhiim ah, tusaale ahaan:

- Cash

- Accounts Receivable (Lacagaha laga sugayo macaamiisha)

- Service Revenue (Dakhliga adeegyada)

- Expenses (Mushaaraadka, kirada, korontada, iwm)

- Office Equipment

- Loans Payable (Haddii ay jiraan deymaha shirkadda)

Talaabada 2: Diiwaangelinta Transactions Maalinlaha ah

Waxaad bilowdaa inaad geliso xogta maalin kasta oo la xiriirta dhaqdhaqaaqyada shirkadda bishan May.

Tusaale:

May 1, 2025: Somali Telecom waxay qaadatay lacag $1,000 adeeg telecommunication ah.

QuickBooks: Customers > Create Invoice > Invoice $1,000.

Markii lacagta la helo: Receive Payment > Door Cash > $1,000.

May 5, 2025: Mushaharka shaqaalaha oo $700 la bixiyay.

Vendors > Enter Bills > Mushahar $700.

Pay Bills > Cash bixinta.

May 10, 2025: Qalab cusub oo $2,000 ah la iibsaday.

Banking > Write Checks > Check $2,000.

Journal entry: Office Equipment Dr., Cash Cr.

May 15, 2025: Qandaraas cusub $3,000 oo aan lacagta la helin.

Customers > Create Invoice > Invoice $3,000.

- Cash Flow Statement (Lacagta soo gashay iyo baxday)
