Accountabilities/ Job Description: -
 Handle both department Logistics & Warehouse, dispatch team.
 Working in ERP Version (ERP LN-FP2 Module). Good Knowledge of SAP SD&MM Module.
 Supervise warehouse staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
 Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records, coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
 Dispatch plan and coordinate transportation of Finish goods from plant to customers warehouses.
 Responsible for generating reports and make to MIS reports available to all the relevant members of the
organization and send on daily basis,
 Interacts with production team to receive finished goods/Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods
into the warehouse daily, Minimizing excess stock while avoiding stock outs.
 Processing delivery orders in ERP (BAAN) as per FG availability and sales dispatch plan.
 Responsible for All Over Activity of FG Goods Material Receiving to Issuance, Manpower Handling,
Documentation, Rejection Handling Etc. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
 Actively managing subcontractors to ensure that they perform in line with their contractual agreements.
 Interacts with Transporters to ensure availability of trucks for timely movement of goods & maintain
good relations with transport agencies.
 Arranging transportation for on time dispatches & delivery from 3PL, Union & Local Transporters.
 Freight clearance all Transporters, Tracking & making POD record.
 Settled the credit / debits, such as damages, shortages, late delivery penalty, detentions & incentives.
 Spearheaded over 30 member’s team of planner, transporters and 3PL contractors with proper systems
to deliver the Key Performers Indicators (KPI) and MIS.
 Responding to all customer complaints or queries in a efficient manner.
Relationship Management

Process
 Undertake timely dispatch of finished goods as per the finalized plan shared.

 Meeting with business management, Marketing, R&D team to discuss product ideas.
 Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process.
 Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance.
 Monitor KPIs regularly and implement corrective actions as needed.
 Implement technology solutions, such as inventory management software, to enhance
visibility and control over the supply chain. 

Job Description:
 Working in SAP Version R/3 & R/6 (MM & SD Module).
 Delivery order processing in SAP as per FG availability.
 Preparation of Excise and non-excise Invoices Billing in SAP System.
 Managing daily stock monitoring according to schedule as requirements for Dispatch.
