Delivery order processing in SAP as per FG availability.
Preparation of Excise and non-excise Invoices Billing in SAP System.
Managing daily stock monitoring according to schedule as requirements for Dispatch.
Maintain all over India Road permit (Inward &Outward) as per required States government Rules.
Handled the transportation, multi model logistics (Road, Rail, and Air), commercial management &
documentation, relation management and ensuring all PODs are submitted on time.
Maintain Material Received Notes (MRN) and preparing GRN after Verification.
Preparation of GRN for Import & Local purchase based on Purchase Order & Stock Transfer (S.T.P.O.)
in SAP.
Generating monthly stock statements & Material Related reports.
Maintain required inventory levels & stock holding periods as per company policy.

Making for Production Report on (Honda, Futaba Maruti India, Maruti-Suzuki, Tokai Rubber,
Bridgestone, Bestex, Schedule).
All packing responsibility & planning of Manpower, Make Billing and Excise invoices.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency
