Provision of Services
Services mentioned above would be provided by BVC Pvt Ltd. BVC Will Provide engineers for
installation & commissioning of the Services. Customer shall enter into contractual arrangements
with BVC Pvt Ltd in respect of the same.

The connectivity shall be terminated on Customer Premise Equipment’s (CPE) at Customer Premise. The
connectivity would be provided through Optic Fiber / Wireless access network. Any Hardware Equipment
required shall be provided by the Customer at additional cost.
Subject to Technical Feasibility of Customer location and Issuance of the
Service Activation Date Purchase Order by the Customer.

Term of Contract 12 months

Provisioning Entity Service shall be provisioned by Bharat VoIP Communications Pvt. Ltd

Payments shall be made in favour of “Bharat VoIP Communications Pvt Ltd”.

Taxes & Duties
The tariffs mentioned above are Exclusive of GST of 18.00%, sales tax and any current and future
turnover related or any other taxes / duties applicable in India which shall be charged at actual
to the Customers.

Tariff
The Tariff Charges as provided above shall be applicable for entire term of the contract. Actual
provision of Service and Tariffs as indicated in this proposal shall be subject to BVC Pvt Ltd
obtaining requisite Regulatory and Tariff approvals.

Payment Terms
Quarterly recurring charges (QRC) have to be paid in advance along the work order & the
same has to be paid within seven days prior to start of new month.

Support & Service

BVC expert engineers are available at BVC NOC 24 x7 x 365 to address any kind of service-related
problems.
* We assure the supplied Bandwidth of 99% CAR and 99% uptime which are entitled with SLA.

Validity of Proposal
This proposal is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of the Proposal, unless Bharat VoIP
agrees in writing to extend the same.

Delivery
Internet gateway circuit connectivity is provided within (07) working day from the date of Work
Order.

* Any clarifications can be acceptable across the table at the time of finalization of deal.
