Rent Agreement / Consent Letter

1. It is to declare that I ______________________________, daughter


of_______________________ _________, am living in 8, Indarnivas Flat,
Shivampuri, Indore (M.P.) as a rented resident. I am aware of it & staying at my
own will. My parents are providing consent and support for the same, and do
not have any objection to the same.

2. I understand that I am responsible for the rules & regulations applicable for
living in this apartment

3. It is agreed that if anything adverse happens in my personal life, it is my sole


responsibility, and no other members are liable for the same.

4. The monthly rent to be paid by the tenant is Rs. _______. This is to be paid
by 3rd day of every month . The tenant has to pay the electricity bill monthly on
their own responsibility, and this amount is not included in the monthly rental.

5. In case the tenant decides to vacate the premises, both the parties should
serve a one-month notice period to each other.

6. This agreement is signed and agreed upon by both parties on this
