1. Please bring a relieving order from the appropriate authority at the time of joining the course. No one
shall be allowed to sit in the course without a relieving order.

Application must be forwarded through proper channel.

(Mobile Number), E-mail ID and the declaration by the Registrar / Principal to relieve the applicant are must
to consider the application.
3. Participants should not use their cell phone for attending the online course; laptop/desktop computer with
a good network connection should be used
4. The filled in application should be addressed to The Director, UGC- Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre
(Formerly Human Resource Development Centre), Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai – 625021. Applications
with Incorrect and Incomplete information will be summarily rejected.

5. Photo Copy of the Registration Fee Receipt must be uploaded only after receiving the selection letter
through e-mail.
6. Do not upload Advance Copy of the Application which will not be considered for selection.
7. The Teacher participants are advised to forward their filled-in application in the prescribed format well in
advance prior to the date of commencement of the respective course.

There is NO REGISTRATION FEE.

 The Course will be conducted in Online Mode on Google Meet platform.
 Certificate of Participation will be given to all the participants who successfully complete
the programme.
 Faculty Induction Programme Duration: 24 Working Days (Every Sunday Holiday) with Four
90 - minutes sessions every day. The Sessions shall be conducted from 10.00 am to 11.30 am,
11.30 am to 1.00 pm 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm & 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
 Refresher Course Duration: 12 Working Days (Every Sunday Holiday) with Four 90 -
minutes sessions every day. The Sessions shall be conducted from 10.00 am to 11.30 am,
11.30 am to 1.00 pm 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm & 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
 Short term Course Duration: 6 Working Days (Every Sunday Holiday) with Four 90 - minutes
sessions every day. The Sessions shall be conducted from 10.00 am to 11.30 am, 11.30 am to
1.00 pm 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm & 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
