​ 1. Stephen Hawking (1942–2018)


Disability: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
Achievements:
Theoretical physicist and cosmologist
Developed the theory on black holes emitting radiation (Hawking Radiation)
Authored A Brief History of Time , which popularized complex physics
Contributed to the understanding of the universe, space time, and singularities

Thoughts:
"However difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and
succeed at."

2. Helen Keller (1880–1968)


Disability: Deaf and blind
Achievements:
First deaf blind person to earn a college degree
