Help in designing curriculum for training ANM students to stand in par with RNRM.

Support in designing rating mechanism for the teaching faculty.
Develop and design induction training pace for newly recruited teaching faculties.
Provide support in developing strategies to strengthen pre-service nursing training.

practice area (attached PHC).
Submit detailed assessment report to UNFPA.
Discuss the issues at the ANMTCs with the civil surgeon/ deputy superintendent/ DPM
in the respective districts and executive director, state health society Bihar at the duty
station.
Provide valuable suggestions to strengthen the ANMTCs.
