AGREEMENT FORM

Ogbaro Oluwaseun Monday wanted to teach me will thoroughly and whole heartedly
be learnt by me for complete _________________ Years which commence from
___________ to _____________.

The apprentice fee is N______________ and I promise to pay the said amount as at
due two packet of malt, two bottle of wine and two packet of biscuit.

RULES AND REGULATION

1. Any apprentice who fails to comply with any instruction should be dealt with.
2. Any apprentices that damage any property should be subjected to it, by paying
for damaged materials.
3. Any apprentice who deliberately refuses to finish his work will pay (N5,000.00)
4. Any apprentice who comes late to the shop would be dealt with the necessary
punishment
5. Any apprentice should always be respectful, obedient, trustworthy, faithfully,
enduring and polite to fellow apprentice and customers
6. All apprentice should resume to work by 7:30am
7. All apprentice must respect his/her senior in the shop
8. Any apprentice who fight with anyone or his boss will pay the fine of
(N10,000.00) and one bottle of hot drink
9. All apprentice must do freedom before opening his shop
10. All apprentice should not leave the shop without the permission the boss, and
any apprentice that fails to keep this exact rules and regulation will pay the fine
of (N5,000.00)
