I, C.M. MOHANRAJ, aged approximately 40 years, son of Munusamy.A residing at 424,


Kanakkupillaivattam, Chukkanankuppam, Vanyambadi, Tirupathur District, Tamil Nadu –
635801, India, in my capacity as Director of BETAM LABORATORIES PRIVATE
LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered
office at No. 424, Kanakkupillai Vattam, Chickkanankuppam, Vaniyambadi – 635 801,
Tirupathur District, Tamil Nadu , do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:
1. That BETAM LABORATORIES PRIVATE LIMITED is the rightful owner and
exclusive proprietor of the literary work titled “UPVC
WINDOWS AND DOORS”.
2. That the said work has been developed as part of the company’s original creative
effort and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
3. That the company is the first owner of the copyright under Section 17 of the
Copyright Act, 1957, being the employer/commissioner of the said work.
4. That the work is original and has not been copied or adapted, in whole or in part,
from any pre-existing work.
5. That the company indemnifies the Copyright Office and any other concerned
authority against any claims or disputes arising out of this copyright registration.
6. That this affidavit is being submitted to support the application for copyright
registration under the provisions of the Copyright Act, 1957.
