The school is attended by primary , secondary and low technologic high-school students. At the moment the school holds 2 buildings , one re-abilitated and equipped with the basic utilities and another one on the way to get its basic utilities. We have 16 classrooms , 3 workshops , offices for the secretaries the accounter , the managers and the staff room for the teachers. There is also an Informatics room that has 10 computers linked in an internal net where the students learn from a qualified teacher . We intend to improve our teachers training in teaching technology and methodology, so that they provided a modern education. Request for Assignment

Detailed description of the problem to be solved by the Senior Expert: The Senior Expert is expected to train and help our teachers to develop scholar activities, to learn from german experience. The german expert will give advice for better learning and working in our workshops . Assignment target: The target groups are the teachers of our school and the students of 10 16 years.

Professional qualification required of the Senior Expert: training in adults teaching

General Conditions for SES Assignment

1.

for Schools, Social Assistance Units, Local Authorities -

SES assignments aim at assistance, good governance, education and training of local personnel and guidance to self reliance. This is generally combined with solving actual problems at the clients premises.

2. Assignment requests including job description and assignment target are to be directed to SES who assumes that similar requests are not sent simultaneously to other organisations.

Assignments are minimum 3 weeks and not last longer than 6 months. Follow-up missions are possible.

4. Senior Experts work without pay. Expenses related to their activities (lodging, board, local transport), in local currency, are to be borne by the client.

The SES charges a contribution to its overheads dependent on the duration of the assignment, and an additional lump sum for extras. Under certain circumstances payment reliefs can be granted.

6. For assignments lasting several months the client is expected to bear the additional cost for an accompanying spouse. 7. After precise definition of the assignment and mutual agreement on the Senior Expert to be assigned, an Assignment Agreement will be concluded between Senior Experten Service and the client. 8. Consequently, the SES concludes an Assignment Contract with the respective Senior Expert. 9. 10.
