Incident Detail
Land transport of Cobalt 60 from Puerto Princesa to
CBNC plant site in Rio Tuba, Palawan. The travel time
is around five hours. Somewhere in Narra, theres an
on-going road repair. On the detour, an overtaking
motorcycle suddenly appeared which caused the
driver to change direction and eventually bump into a
coconut tree.

Step 1:

Notify the consignor, consignee, and
local authorities including PNRI, police, fire
department, and medical personnel.

Perform life saving actions (i.e. first aid)
on victims having severe injuries. Human
life is a priority.
