Introduction To CPM

Construction project management involves coordinating activities from start to finish to meet objectives on time and within budget. It requires balancing time, cost, and quality constraints. The project lifecycle includes initiation to define scope, planning and design, execution of plans, and closing including maintenance. Project resources like time, cost, labor, materials, and equipment must be managed across different types of construction projects.

What differentiate the construction industry from other industries
is that its projects are large, built on-site, and generally unique.

To ensure the delivery of the project within budget.
