 Present your business model by building block and as a
whole
 What is your offer?
 Who are the customers, what is your specific target
market?
 What is the size of your target market?

 What is the value added to the customers?


 Customer relationships?
 Customer channels?
 How will you make money?
 Revenues structure?
 What the main activities required to start your business?
 Are you able to perform them?
 What are the necessary resources?
 Could you have access to the resources?
 Partnerships required?
 What are the main costs?

15 minutes total for presentation round


 8 minutes presenting the business model
 Each team to plenary
 5 minutes discussion on the business model
 Plenary with each team
 1 minutes scoring – All teams
9 teams: 9 presentation rounds

Some advices…
 Before you present your business model
 Think twice about your customers.
 Are your real customers the ones you think about?
 Speak with potential customers
 Try to assure that there is a real value offered to them
 Are they willing to pay for the value offered?
 Make an assessment of your resources and capabilities
required to initiate you venture
 “Do you have them” or “Can you find them”?
 When you present your business model
 Be precise!
 When you comment on business models of other teams
 No rush to judge the presented business models wrong
 But be critical if you think they are of limited sustainability
 Provide feedback to improve them
 BE SURE TO HAVE A .PPT PRESENTATION WITH
YOU!
