Following major activities completed as a part of Project Preparation Phase:
 Finalization of Project Plan & Project Charter
 Project Organization with Project team have been finalized
 Plant visits & Preliminary As-Is Study
 SAP Awareness Workshops
 Team Mobilization
 Training server (IDES) installation for core team training
 Technical requirements planning
 Workshop on SAP master data requirements and release of preliminary templates for some of the
master data
