Circling Approach 2 Eng 4

1. The document provides procedures for a circling approach to a runway, beginning with turning onto the downwind leg and aligning with the runway track at 2-4 NM out. 2. At the final approach fix, descent is begun to the minimum descent altitude while maintaining the proper descent path and airspeed. 3. Upon reaching the minimum descent altitude, a 45 degree turn is made to maintain the desired track for circling to land. 4. Normal glide path is then confirmed and the approach and landing is completed following standard procedures.
