3 Quarter Smepa Theme: Efficiency and Holding Power of Schools

This document summarizes the performance of Francisco Oringo Sr. Elementary School in the 3rd quarter. It outlines the school's program implementation including education programs, child protection, and disaster risk reduction. It also analyzes the school's overall performance by examining cohort survival rates, numbers of school leavers and dropouts, and reasons for leaving. While most programs were implemented on time, the school feeding program was delayed due to late fund disbursement. The cohort survival rate improved from 46% in SY 2015-2016 to 56% in SY 2016-2017 but is still below the 64.92% target for 2019.
