The 5 Zeros
Introduction
• 5 Zeros is a terminology used to make our vision & Mission
clear and achievable.
It is to help IWSPP organizations to minimize & eliminate the
negative impact in:
 Operation process
 Reliability
 HSE
 Quality
• 5 Zeros Objective is to comply with applicable laws, regulations,
IWSPP management system and our client (PRC) requirements.
RAWEC (Vision-Mission-Values)
• Vision:
To ensure unprecedented success of our customer through awesome partnership.
• Mission:
To deliver beyond customer expectations through operational excellence.
• Values:
1.Safety
“We are committed to uphold the highest safety, health and environmental
standards. “
2.Integrity
“We uphold the highest ethical standard and promote open communication,
collaboration, trust and respect. “

“We are driven to excel in all aspects of our business with a determination to

RPC (Vision-Mission-Values)
• Vision:
Rabigh Power Company’s vision is to become a strategic O&M
partner for RAWEC Power & Water Desalination Plant

• Mission:
Rabigh Power Company’s mission is to exceed stakeholders’
expectations by operating RAWEC Power & Water Desalination
Plant in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, without
compromising on safety & environmental requirements.

We strive to protect the safety and occupational health of our collaborators and sub-
contractors

We will optimize the company’s assets in order to achieve the highest availability
standards and provide uninterrupted services to our client in collaboration with all
parties involved.

Loss time injury “ Any injury sustained by an employee
while on the job that prevents hem from being able to perform
his job for at least one day/shift.”
At RAWEC/RPC a safety culture that promotes worker
engagement and participation in safety at every level of the
organization is followed.
Unsafe act and unsafe conditions are reported and mitigated, and
rewards are given to employees to encourage them to make our
people safe.
RAWEC/RPC ensure that all industrial safety and HSE policies
are effectively communicated and reviewed on regular basis
(2) Zero Service Interruption
(2) Zero Service interruption
One of our goals at IWSPP to supply a reliable uninterrupted
utilities to Petro Rabigh.

To achieve the stated goal, RAWEC follows the APS approach:

 To achieve a Zero service interruption, RAWEC/RPC is ensuring
the continual improvement of the three elements of the APS

Human error is “ Any mistake or action performed by a
human which results in the thing they’re doing to be wrong .”
This mistake is an unintentional.

At IWSPP we work towards zero human error through:


Continues training

Reviewal of work procedures and policies

Awareness sessions.

Compliance
(4) Zero Non-Compliance
Non-compliance is “failure or refusal to comply with something
(such as a rule or regulation) .”

At IWSPP Policies and Procedures are distributed, rollout and


awareness sessions are given to employees to ensure that a full
understanding is met.

To ensure zero non-compliance is met, policies and procedures


are reviewed, audits are made, and corrective measures are
taken.
(5) Zero Poor
Performers
(5) Zero Poor Performers
Poor performers are: “ Employees whom their behavior or
performance might fall below the required standard. ”

This can be achieved by actions like:


1. Hiring and retaining talented people who have the right skill set.

2. By providing continual development plans

3. On job training

4. Motivations and rewards
