 Di TOEFL kita diuji materi listening, reading, dan
structure. Range score TOEFL berkisar dari 310
(terendah) sampai 677 (tertinggi).

TOEFL ini sering digunakan buat masuk universitas


atau lembaga-lembaga pemerintahan. Biasanya kalo
mau masuk universitas minimal scorenya berkisar
antara 450 sampai 500 tergantung
universitasnya. TOEFL juga bisa untuk cari beasiswa,
juga untuk mereka yang mau belajar di US. TOEFL ada
2 macam, TOEFL Institutional dan TOEFL Internasional.
Untuk dapat beasiswa studi di US biasanya
pakai TOEFL Internasional, tapi untuk lamaran kerja
 lokal (dalam negeri) cukup pakai TOEFL Instituonal
