Initial Conditions on the MODICOM 3/1board
• Connect the CH0 input to DC1 output and CH1 input to CH0
input on the MODICOM 3/1 board as shown in the figure.
• Connect the Pico scope’s channel A probe to tp30 of MODICOM
3/2 board.
• Adjust the DC1 preset on the MODICOM 3/1 board to apply the
digital codes given in your workbook to the D/A converter.
• Now, measure the voltage at the output of the D/A converter
(tp30) on the MODICOM 3/2 board.
• Observe the voltage in the Pico scope.
• Record the Measured voltage value in your work book.
• Write your comments on the Output in Notes space given in your
workbook.
• Connect the 1KHz output to CH0 input on the MODICOM 3/1 board as shown
in the figure.
• Connect the Pico scope’s channel A probe to tp10 of MODICOM 3/1 board.
• Now, Connect the Pico scope’s channel B probe to tp30 of MODICOM 3/2
board.
• Record the results in your workbook.
• Write your comments on the Output in Notes space given in your workbook.
• Now, Connect the Pico scope’s channel A probe to tp50 and channel B probe to
tp30 in the MODICOM 3/2 board.
• Move the channel B probe to tp32 in the MODICOM 3/2 board.
• Record the results in your workbook.
• Follow the same instruction for CH1 sample.
• Write your comments on the Output in Notes space given in your workbook
