1) Login to SWS as admin.
2) Select “Maintenance” menu.

4) Click “Browse” from popped-up window.

5) Find the installation ScanToHome.par file and click “Open”.

7) The .par file will be loaded. Click “OK”

1) Login to SWS as admin and select “Security > Network Security.”
2) Select “LDAP Server”
3) Click “Add” Button.

4) Input LDAP information. Click “Apply.”
☞ If you use Active Directory, select "SAM Account Name" as LDAP attribute for user’s login ID.
=> Already set by customer

5) Select “Security > User Access Control”.
6) Select “Device Authentication” and “LDAP and Local Authentication.
7) Click “Apply” Button.

8) Select “XOA > Scan to Home”.

9) Click “Apply” after setting the values (customer can set this)

- LDAP Attribute for Home Folder


Fill in LDAP Attribute name for home folder
(homeDirectory)

- Login Name
Select authentication method for SMB server. (If you
select “Shared”, you should input Login Name, Password,
and Domain.)
*Individual : User account will be applied individually and
the application will use the same credentials as used for
authentication in MFP.
*Shared : The account inputted by administrator will be
applied to every user.
*Anonymous : Anonymous account will be applied to
every user.

- Scan Folder Creation Policy


Select policy whether to create a new folder using login
name or not. (Default: Unchecked)

 Basic Tab
 Home Folder : Populated with the home folder obtained from LDAP and cannot be modified
 Login Name : Depends on the setting in SWS
 Individual : Populated with login ID used for authentication in MFP and can be modified
 Shared: Populated with login name inputted by administrator and cannot be modified
 Anonymous : Populated with “Anonymous” and cannot be modified
 Password : Depends on the setting in SWS
 Individual : Populated with password used for authentication in MFP and can be modified
(Populated with empty string in case that user logged in using ID card)
 Shared : Populated with password inputted by administrator and cannot be modified
 Anonymous : Populated with “anonymous” and cannot be modified
 File Name : Populated with the formatted string(_yyyymmdd_hhmmss) and can be modified
