Introduction
Acculi Labs is a Bangalore based healthcare startup their app
Lyfas got recently appreciated by the Health Ministry of
Government of India. Lyfas is a non invasive mobile based
diagnostics application which is used to diagnose different Organ
systems including the Autonomic Nervous System, Immune
system, functional blood biochemistry.
During COVID 19, Lyfas has been re-purposed for monitoring and
early detection of Asymptomatic and doubtful Covid cases and
also for post-treatment continuous monitoring.
Challenges Faced

• Positive Psychology - Holistic work culture for creating a healthy workplace


environment will translate to happy employees.
• Appraisals and stakeholders- Senior employees can be given appraisals and
some stakes in the organization.
• Division of work- The organization should practice this principle in order to
have affective communication among all levels of hierarchy.
• Direct Mangers/ Line Managers - They will oversee the employees and the
operations.
• Chain of command – It will lay out company’s line of authority and decision
making power
• Employee Benefits and services- The employees should be provided rewarded
for their work.

in relation to other jobs in an organization.
• E-recruiting - refers to the use of web-based technology for the various

learn on the actual or simulated equipment they will use on
the job, but are trained off the job.

resources and support to help them in the virtual classroom
and at home.

• Business Games - refers to simulation games that are
used as a training tool for teaching business.
• Internal assessment - a crucial part of the instruction
process for evaluating trainee progress.
